Dates self -help meetings
The regular meetings take place every Tuesday from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. every two weeks in odd-numbered calendar weeks.
Meeting point: "Guud Stubb", Friedenstraße 63, 67657 Kaiserslautern
The group will be moderated.
Anyone can come, from Rhineland-Palatinate or other federal states; only interest counts.
- With or without a diagnosis
- affected personally, a relative, or companion
- Pets are welcome if the animal is good for you.
There are many interesting topics that we can exchange about, e.g.:
- Diagnostics: Experience with doctors, therapists, waiting times ...
- Dealing with comorbidities: depression, ad (h) s, eating disorders, sleep problems, fears and constraints, stress ...
- Autism at the workplace: assistance, outing (called Auting) ...
- Autism in relationship with partners, children, family and other important people
- Dealing with your own strengths and weaknesses
- Dealing with your own special features in perception, hypersensitivity ...
- Applications: degree of disability, care level, disability pension, partial habits ...
- Social rules of conduct: communication, interaction, adaptation, masking ...
- And very important: just have someone to listen to who understands.
The meeting point is wheelchair-accessible and located on the ground floor. There are free parking spaces nearby.
There are parking spaces on both sides of Friedenstrasse. You can almost always find a spot.
There are also free parking spaces in front of and behind number 63 on the side streets leading off Friedenstrasse.
The "Guud Stubb" is a neighborhood meeting place.
It's set up like a café or restaurant. There's a disabled restroom and a kitchenette.
Everyone is welcome to bring their own drinks, which can also be purchased for a donation.
The room is relatively large, so anyone who needs a little more space can easily do so.
We are responsible for the condition of the premises.
If the front door isn't open, there's a "Guud Stubb" bell to the right of the entrance
. You can also enter from the back. Just knock on the door to the terrace.
Participation in the group meetings takes place at your own responsibility and risk.
As a private person, I cannot and do not want to accept any liability for damage to any kind.
Everything that is discussed remains among us.
